Our green meeting location hosts more effective meeting sessions.

We love to give you a sneak peek behind the scenes and tell you a bit more about ourselves, our ideas and passions. We are Tom van Zwet and Joyce van Randwijk and we both share the dream to greenify our careers and our life at home. Combined with our mission to encourage people to get the most out of their jobs whilst staying true to themselves. We are convinced that a green environment is the key to effective, fulfilling and particularly nice meeting sessions. An environment that inspires to actually work together. And, Dutch as we are, we are truly passionate about cheese!

Love at first sight

Back in 2015 we just fell in love with our 1912 longhouse-farm. Especially its authentic cheese-cellar made it impossible for us to resist this tempting jewel in green. What followed was a long and sometimes bumpy ride, but all worth the while. In order to finance our redesigning and redecoration plans (basically we needed to rebuild the farm to made it the wonderful place it is now) we had to be creative. And it all worked out so well! Just try to imagine how happy we were when we finally set foot in our new home and working space to be at the end of 2016.

The Big Rebuilding Phase took us about 1,5 years. We have converted the previous camping farm into the place where we live our dream and accommodate meetings in green. On 20 March 2018 we opened our doors with our own seminar and of course a massive party to celebrate that De Polderij was now officially in business.

Cheese

In the meanwhile we are also developing our own organic homemade cheese. It will for sure take a few years before we can show it to the world. Think about experiments, extensive laboratory research and tests to get our cheese certified. We have set the goal to process and sell our organic Polderij-cheese within 3 to 5 years.
