We at De Polderij provide only extraordinary meeting rooms. We have designed and organised our rooms to meet your specific needs and goals. To name just a few:

Environmental psychology

Our rooms are all designed based on environmental psychology. We have been researching in what way the certain atmosphere of a room can have a positive impact to an effective meeting or session. We love to share our knowledge with you by advising you which room suits your needs: free of charge, of course!

Designed by nature

Keeping our scientific research in mind, it only makes sense that nature is the main key to a successful meeting. This is why we have chosen to decorate our rooms with green walls, a lot of plants, natural shapes and forms and splendid views on the natural surroundings that De Polderij offers.

In control

Colours, shapes, scents, furniture, illumination, temperature and acoustics: all together they influence the outcome of your meeting, conference or session. The beauty of it all? You are in complete control! Because you can create the perfect atmosphere in the room with the use of light dimmers, climate control, mobile furniture (as much as possible) and audiovisual equipment. Again, we are happy to offer you our help adjusting the room to your liking.

Capacity

De Polderij offers space to a maximum of 120 people. This makes our small-scale meeting venue the perfect accommodation to host an intimate congres, seminar or break-out session.

Or maybe you prefer to relax and clear your mind? In that case just make the most out of the green surroundings De Polderij offers. We provide room for individuals and small groups who prefer a meeting in green. The perfect space for a coaching session, an awayday or retreat. All we want is you to feel at ease.
